General Policies

Appointment and Walk-Ins

  • Private appointments are recommended to ensure availability. During pop-up events with a business, farmers market or craft fair, walk-ins are always available. Please note, even during certain events, appointments will be available specific to permanent bangles due to their popularity

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required for private appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward your final purchase

  • Please arrive on time! A grace period of 10 minutes will be allowed. Otherwise, we will be in touch to reschedule you for another time based on availability

    Age Requirements

  • Clients must be at least 12 years old for permanent jewelry services and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

  • A signed waiver is required for all clients

    Health and Safety

  • For your safety, we will not do permanent jewelry on anyone with a pacemaker or other medical conditions that may be affected by the welding process. Permanent bangles would be a safer option!

  • Clients should always communicate any metal allergies or sensitivities before selecting their jewelry. Please consider adding a clasp if you ever need to test a specific type of chain. We can always weld it in the future!

    Jewelry and Warranty

  • All permanent jewelry sales are final - No refunds or exchanges after the piece has been welded

  • We only use high quality chains and bangles; however, normal wear and tear may occur over time. If you need more information about each type of metal, please review our services page

  • If your permanent jewelry ever breaks, we will reweld it for free! Rewelds on any chain that wasn’t originally purchased by Rosie Ruth can be done for a small fee

  • If you ever have a medical reason that requires you to remove your permanent jewelry, please keep your chain in a safe space. When you are ready to have it rewelded, please book an appointment or complete a general form so that we can get something setup

    Custom Sizing

  • Clients are responsible for approving their chain selection and sizing before welding

  • Once welded, the size cannot be adjusted without cutting and rewelding

  • Custom orders or special requests, especially for all solid gold pieces, may require additional processing time

    Payment and Refunds

  • All payments are required in full at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards and digital payments

  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges on jewelry once it has been welded/riveted

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire

    Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to transfer the deposit to a future booking

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations will forfeit their deposit unless it was due to an emergency. We want to work with you as much as possible and understand things happen that cannot be planned!

    Group Bookings and Events

  • We offer private parties and group bookings! If you need a venue space, we may be able to help! Please make sure to include this in your request when completing the form. A deposit is required to secure the date

  • Depending on your location, an additional fee may be requested if travel is required

    Photography and Social Media

  • We may take photos/videos for marketing purposes. Clients who do not wish to be featured should notify us before/during their appointment

    Liability Waiver

  • Clients must acknowledge that permanent jewelry is a voluntary cosmetic service.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, metal sensitives or external forces. However, we want to work with you as much as possible! If your chain breaks for any reason, please reach out to us at hello@rosieruth.com

  • By receiving our services, clients agree to release our business from any liability related to the jewelry application or removal process.
